[3/6]Built for

One shop or a thousand.

The phone problem looks the same at every size. Synthoral works the same at every size. Restaurants come first because onboarding is simplest and the pain is most quantified.

  • Restaurants

Reservations, delivery issues, hours, during rush or after close.

  • Clinics

New patient bookings, prescription questions, and after-hours callbacks.

  • Salons

Appointments, rescheduling, and pricing without pulling the stylist from the chair.

  • Shops

Orders, stock questions, delivery status, and anything a regular wants to know.

  • Chains

One voice across locations, with routing, escalation, and per-site rules.

FIG. 03 // PLATFORM

[4/6]The platform underneath

Every call writes into the system.

The reservation lives here, not in a third-party system you’re stitching together. Underneath the voice, Synthoral holds your bookings, your customer history, and the lifecycle each booking runs.

[5/6]Questions

Before you sign up.

Q.01Status
Is this live yet?

Not yet. Synthoral is in private trials with a small group of operators. Early access rolls out through the summer. Restaurants come first.

Q.02Coverage
What languages does it handle?

The caller’s. English, Spanish, French, Vietnamese, Tagalog, and most of what you hear at a busy counter are already in. If your callers speak something else, we add it.

Q.03Privacy
Is my data safe?

Yes. Calls are recorded and transcribed so you can see what happened. We don’t sell data, we don’t train public models on it, and you can delete call history any time.

Q.04Pricing
How much will it cost?

Subscription plus per-call. Multi-location and chain pricing is handled directly. Final numbers land at launch. Waitlist members see them first.
